Artwork provenance: This design comes from John Robert Hermann’s Challenges series (2017).

We take fine art beyond the frame and into everyday life. Original artwork by artist John Robert Hermann transforms this piece into a distinctive expression of ArtDogs design. Each piece is individually crafted for its future owner at our production partner’s London workshop after the order is placed. This approach avoids speculative inventory and the waste created by unsold goods. Our production partner publishes commitments to fair pay and supply-chain due diligence addressing forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor. The Poly-elastane blend Jersey fabric is versatile, no matter the season: the Slim fit belt tie, Above-the-knee length, and long V-neck allow variety. Layer the dress over a satin or laced camisole or slip, for demureness and warmth. The dress is also available in a Below-the-Knee short version.
