About the Artwork
Too Many Flowers comes from John Robert Hermann’s Milieu series (2015), a body of work reflecting the times in which we live.
The title began quite literally: the composition was created with what might be considered too many flowers. From that abundance emerged a broader idea. Beauty can be universally recognized, while attraction remains personal. No single face, figure, silhouette, or style can represent every ideal. Each person carries a distinctive combination worthy of recognition and admiration.
Adapted from Hermann’s original fine artwork, Too Many Flowers moves beyond the frame and becomes wearable art.
As the scarf is folded and styled, its square composition reveals different passages of the artwork, turning a single image into multiple wearable arrangements.
Fluid and beautiful draped scarves are the perfect way to dress up any outfit and wear art where you go: very soft on hand, vibrant colors, a perfect mix of durability and beauty.
Our fabrics are made in a factory with OEKO-TEX certification for standard.
Cotton/Silk Bandana: Adds a cotton/silk fabric choice to the square scarf range, including a new 21" × 21" size available exclusively in Cotton/Silk Bandana. Existing square scarf fabric and size options remain.
